Additionally, it welcomes individuals from all ranks of the active military, reserves, and veterans of the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. This program helps those individuals who have dedicated themselves to serving and protecting others achieve homeownership. Individuals eligible for this program are entitled to receive a up to 1% of their sales price upon buying or selling a home with a partner agent. For instance, if they purchase or sell a home valued at $300,000, they would receive a rebate check amounting to $3,000.00. This assumes the partner agent receives the typical 3% commission on the real estate transaction. The actual amount will be 1/3 of the buyer or seller commission on the transaction.

Yes, your savings is not limited to one transaction. If you sell a house with a partner agent and then buy a home with a partner agent, even the same day, you are eligible for both transactions.

You have the option to receive these funds via mail at an address of your choosing or to pick them up personally at our Kalamazoo Office.
